You know it is bad when a multimillionaire is fed up of putting fuel in his car

Sent using NCC-1701

Yeah I thought that was bad PR for Merc....driver calling of his own car as a fuel guzzler. :hehe:

I like the turbo sound as the car is braking into a corner, but the sound out of the corner is :bs: .

Nico assumed the nicest guy on the grid title since Heikki Kovalainen left.
ESPNF1 "At the moment it hasn't changed at all," Rosberg said. "Maybe because we are not thinking about championship yet and we're taking it race by race, making the most of what we have and winning races. It's early days. But of course I understand it could change if we are still in a similar position. We've been in this position before. In go-karts we were fighting for the championship there, and it's exactly the same, but with a little bit more people around and more media and spectators. We managed to get through there with respect and I'm confident we are going to be able to manage in any circumstance. I'm sure there will be tough times inevitably, but I'm confident we can work through it now and move on. Lewis won that kart championship, so it's my turn now."

Love Nico! Lovely guy. And whoever wins I really really hope these guys stay true to themselves and the friendship remains. I think it will because both have integrity, even though both are hugely ambitious and competitive. I think there are lines that these two would not cross. Respect for that. Loving this partnership, loving this battle!

I saw another interview somewhere Hamilton saying he's not actually friends with Nico. At least, he said something like "I can count my friends on one hand and Nico isn't on it, and it's the same for Nico." Then goes on to say he has a high level of respect for Nico and that is enough to see them through.

So yeah, I think the media portrays them as best buddies and all but they're just cool with each other but don't hang out outside working hours. Great partnership though, both drivers have trust in their own abilities and neither are crybaby insecure politickers in anyway so I don't see serious issues cropping up.

What I've heard is they're friends, not best friends, but like you say, there's respect.

You have racing friends and then you have friends. Racing friends are still enemies that you don't mind the company of.

Well put, I'd poke one of my racing "friends" in the eye for an extra half second. ;)

He didn't seem to have much time for Vettel in that little pre-podium room. It made him look a bit of an arrogant pr!ck to be honest.

To be fair to Nico, Seb had just tried to Shumacher him into the wall at the start, its easy to understand him feeling less than enthusiastic about Seb
