people like you will always see that faults in drivers you dont like...Hamiltons racing was supreme today especially with the issues he was driving with.

People like YOU will always blame someone else, and that is a fact! Total fanboyism won't help you heal your frustrations over his results. The truth is, he pushed TOO HARD for that corner, knowing that the car he drives is NOT in perfect health! But no, Hamilton can't make mistakes, he is perfect, blah, blah... I already said that he has been unlucky and that he needs the team change, to start from the beginning. I don't hate or dislike Hamilton, I respect all the drivers that have earned the respect. My advice to you is: go, watch the replays from the 2008 season, it should make you feel better.

Such a small minded comment....not once did i say they were doing this because they wanted to piss Lewis off, i mean how dumb is that logic? My argument has always been that they would prefer Button fighting for the championship rather than a driver that is leaving at the end of the season. After Japan i thought they were gonna let it go but they didn't.

I was making a general statement; I just happened to quote your post. Plenty here think that McLaren are deliberately out to screw over Lewis because he elected to make the move than stay with the Woking based team; and I don't blame him; I always say if you are unhappy with a situation, change it!

Jenson was all set to outrace Lewis today cos quite frankly the cars they have given Lewis have been below the standard of the cars that Jenson has been driving since he signed for mercedes (yeah Lewis could make it fast in qualifying this time but the cars have been ticking time bombs). The breakdown in the relationship is like you say not so surprising right now but that does not mean that Hamilton hasn't lost the support of the team...i believe he has and i'm not the only one.

So you're suggesting that McLaren deliberately gave Hamilton substandard equipment? I could turn that argument around and say all those races when Button was nowhere was because he had lesser equipment, having a dodgy rollbar for example; that's not what I am saying but it would be easy to twist things around wouldn't it? I firmly believe that both drivers were given equal equipment to the best of the teams knowledge. Yes, Jenson did start on the harder tyre but when you qualify outside the top 10; that's what you do; try to think differently to move up the field, possibly a one stopper, if Button had made the top 10 shootout; he would have been on the same super-soft tyres as Lewis.

He made one today as well. But, in the end, he remained in points. That was the maximum he could do today, no 2nd thoughts about that.

It was a freak occurrence as far as I could see. We see debris being hit by drivers all the time even in the knowledge there is debris in certain sections.

McLaren strike again and have now written themselves out of both championships.
Lewis done his best as always, but McLaren these days would rather drop the ball than back their fastest driver.

Next season could be a shocker for them imo, with Button and Perez at the wheel.

It is also my opinion that Lewis was given equal equipment to Jenson to the best of the teams knowledge; sometimes parts simply have unknown weaknesses which ultimately fail under load; there is no way to know about this weakness. We'll just have to agree to disagree on this subject as we clearly have very different opinions.

yeah..i still need to hear what james allen said (probably on bbc radio 5 live) someone made the comment in another forum that even he is starting to find it suspicious so im interested to hear his views on it. the radio commentary should be on the website later

Vettel is slight favourite, but it has always been a Red Bull circuit. Vettel has dominated every Korean GP, except 10 laps in 2010 when his engine blew and 2 laps in 2011 when Alonso ran longer on the 2nd stop.

Ferrari would have taken a 3-4 prerace and clearly have the 2nd fastest car. Hamilton lost 9 points as a result of the suspension faliure, he wasnt as quick as the Ferrari's and was quicker than Kimi, Hulk, Grosjean and the STR's. Great drive from Hamilton though - 37 laps with a suspension faliure isnt easy!

As for the championship - Ferrari will be stronger at India and Abu Dhabi, USA is unknown and Brazil is the last race where anything can happen - the drivers championship isnt over but after today the constructors is.

How do you know Ferrari will be good in India or Austin? Last season Vettel won easily in India, and Austin is an unknown track.
