Things must be going well, or are you taking advantage of the economy... things are looking up, in the US and home sale prices are at a 4year high.

Interest rates are at a historic low and real estate prices are still low enough (and negotiable) - now is the time to buy!

I mean seriously, who'd have thunk it that the US would emerge from his whole economic disaster (that the greedy bankers @holes got us into) in better shape than the EU and certainly the UK?

I had no doubt once Obama was elected in 2008 - the mofo reps are no good at their own game (capitalism) because they only look out for their cronies and sacrifice the majority of people to the holy dollar - it's just disgusting what it is. And then the dems have to clean up the mess (remember Clinton after Reagan/Bush?) and how do the Americans thank them for their great clean-up job? By electing another greedy village idiot from the reps' great selection of morons
