Great post, except the 2nd line though...think Martin was very sincere with Lewis on the podium. I think his mistake is just wasting too much time trying to help the weaker driver, that's not how you get results when you don't have the strongest car.

I have followed McLaren for 25 years and Lewis for 8.One of the many reason i always stick up for Lewis is because many people want to see him fail for no other reason than the way he looks,it's a fact.

If anyone is uncomfortable with that then stick them.

Great drive from Lewis today; having to come back from third after Vettel, Alonso decided to try a one stopper, didn't work out for Alonso at all dropping from first to fifth, seems that Vettel/Red Bull made the correct decision to pit near the end as he ended up ahead of Alonso. But drivers of the race for me are Grosjean and Perez who drove sensibly while keeping their pace up to look after their tyres to one stop. A seventh winning driver of the 2012 season, the way things are going two or three victories could be enough to win the title! Jenson Button, what the hell, started 10th and finished 16th in a car that is identical to the winning car, it's really not good enough, I am a JB fan but his recent performances has been piss poor, there is really no excuse for his performances in comparison to his team mate and dropping back another place in the world drivers title race! If this continues throughout the season, I'd be tempted to retire if I were JB!

So with Hamilton 1st and Button finished 16th, 1 lap down. Whitmarsh is clearly favouring Button.

Button 16th/lapped...how can he fade that fast and that deep? And with Valencia and the British GP coming up, he is surely screwed because like Canada, the next two are "drivers tracks." Obviously the WCC is hopeless. Now I can only focus on the WDC. Suppose I can't have it all.

You're a mclaren fan and yet you're happy that a mclaren driver had a bad day?
That's kinda contradictory don't you think?
I understand the posters who are mainly hamilton fans but a team fan don't root against the other driver in his/her favorite team.
