It's hard to believe that Alonso didnt know anything...

Starting at back of the grid with little fuel at a circuit wich is hard to overtake...

But...I don't know, after read this document, I kinda believe that he didn't know anything indeed.
I'm almost 100% sure that we won't get any punishment.

It seems the evidence is mounting against Briatore and Symonds. It's hard to believe that Piquet made it all up with Symonds being so evasive. If Renault are found guilty I hope that it's a heavy punishment, definitely heavier than the spygate penalty that was dished out to McLaren a few years back!

That is an excellent article - I do wonder whether the FIA report was leaked deliberately...

Symonds is clearly up to his neck in this - surprising given his reputation - and it's disappointing that he's going so far to protect Briatore - his last act in the sport will likely be to prevent one of the most odious men in F1 being deservedly thrown out.

I'll be intrigued to see what defence they come up with because that report seems quite damning for Symonds.
