Fraff, got a link chappy? I'd DARE to disagree with you at this moment in time, but I haven't seen it.. :hehe:

I cant link it till its up on the bbc website mate, ill do it as soon as.

This isnt the tabloid press, this is video footage of a 4 minute rant, he had a go at his team, other drivers, stewards, it was disgraceful.

Like i said dare to disagree, the epicness of this grand prix coupled with this interview has pretty much set up this thread for life. Id get your coat, because s*it is going to hit the fan.

LOL...pparrrtaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Not the right place to be making a joke...

Lewis might fall foul of this multiple infractions penalty in 1 race...

If so, TV pundits might be advised to stay away...... :nono:

People keep saying he's having digs at his team, i'm yet to see/hear 1 and i've watched all the coverage this weekend. He states facts, like the strategy was wrong or he pulled into the pits and no one was there...this is what happened, he didn't say it was disgraceful or they ruined his race or anything, or did i miss something?

:rofl: Vettel sprayed the royal guard!!:rofl:

The best part is, the guard just stood still :hehe:

That was classic wasn't it?

The most exciting race I have seen in many many years. Glad too hear Petrov is ok and wow the restart was good aswell, glad to see the FIA is letting the drivers fight until the end.

Hammer278,
How could Di Resta get a drive through but not Hamilton? They both stuck their nose in at an inproper place and time. Aswell why should the 'monkeys' (your terminology not mine) govern any overtaking? Remember it is up to the driver trying to pass to make it clean as the car infront has the right too defend or hold their line. Lewis was imo just getting frustrated yet his choice is his burden to bare. Simply racing thats all.

LewEngBridewell
The BBC will put it up on their website in a bit presumably. He made a point about being called up to the stewards 5 times out of 6 and that it "is frickin ridiculous" and that it "may be because he is black, as Ali G says", etc.

Careful now

Ridiculous. He would never have won it, it was between Alonso and Vettel...Jenny was simply a spectator throughout. If anyone deserved driver of the day, it was either Vettel, ALonso or Lewis.

Are you serious? Lewis get the worst driver of the day award from me. Give him a PR nightmare award while we are at it

Did you watch the race? lol.

The team made a bad decision especially with the tyre choice on his 2nd pitstop which was made worse when the safety car pretty much dumped him behind Vettel and than by the end of the race he could have quite easily snatched back 2nd when Alonso got through but again got unlucky with the red flag.

He drove by far the best, was quickest for the majority of the race and pretty much had the win in the bag until Vettels luck streak hit.

I fear Hamilton is really going off the rails tbh, wish he had his 2007 attitude.

Id like to see ANYONE DARE disagree with me after watching Hamiltons post race BBC forum interview, DARE.

Why do you feel your so magnetic to the stewards " maybe because im black"

Oh I get it....FIA stewards are not allowed to be racist? (where is the sarcasm font when i need it.) If anyone ever says that they MAY be racist...they have gone off the deep end? All LH said was a MAYBE....not certain. I do feel he has had more of his share of investigations than any other person since he joined F1.

Are you serious. So if the driver behind makes a move, and the driver in front closes the door or pushes the overtaking driver forcefully causing damage, this automatically becomes the overtaking drivers' fault?? Then why overtake?? The guy being overtaken can simply close the door whenever he feels like (even if both are side by side) and the driver trying the manouvre is STILL at fault!?

The stewards needed to be consistent...Hence, they treated lewis the same way they treated di resta...

Lewis is a fun driver to watch but as a mclaren fan, I cringe everytime he makes an aggresive move that could potentially ruin his race....

I love his aggression. That what forms a great contrast between himself and Jenson. It cost him badly today though. :(

When ALonso got through?? Alonso was right behind Vettel, and Jenny was keeping a breathing space all the time praying to his Tyre Gods for some mistake from the 2 in front! There was no attempt whatsoever.

And McLaren and their strategy, yeh, no surprise there they simply made life hard for Jenson, as they normally do for both their drivers. My point is Jenson doesn't deserve driver of the day, all he did was drive fast when he's ahead and then simply follow other cars like a puppy tail. He didn't have Vettel's pressure, Alonso's pressure/aggression on Vettel.

I think, think that was a joke...

Are you telling me that somehow makes it normal dialogue to say?

" For the last 5 of 6 races ive been called to the stewards its frickin ridiculous, frickin ridicoulous."

" (why are you so attracted to to stewards) i dunno maybe its cause im black, thats what ali g says (laughs)

Can you just wait if you havent seen it till i or someone posts the link. My jaw hit the floor, he just would not shut up, and everything he said was like :yikes: .

Just showed the replay of Schumi taking Hamilton on the first lap...Coulthard was absolutely right, Hamilton got out the way of him, imo the 2 contacts made there were as much the defensive cars fault as the attacking car, they cant just turn into a car...
