Well, we wanted dry races with lots of fun... Now we have it!!! :hehe:

Indeed!! I hate rainy races cuz it's just too intense for me it might give me hypertension!! That was by far the best race of the year. I even have a shred of respect for vettel for not doing something lame like he would have done last year and run button off the road :hehe::hehe: But really everybody had a great race and I am terribly sad that alguersauri's team :censored: him up like that.....it would have been outstanding if everybody finished the race, including the HRT's!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

Who said that? What a right idiot...if the FIA get involved over that, it'd be the biggest joke.

The FIA need to get busy with Alonsos Ferrari DRS opening up at the wrong place of the track!!

Wow. What a race!

I think they should introduce a "Drive of the day" award, similar to "man of the match" JUST for Webber. Absolutely fantastic!

Lewis deserved the win, he drove (very close to) perfectly the whole race.
Vettel underachieved, even after losing the spot he should still have been able to fight for pole, i guess it comes down to strategy.

Last two races have been fantastic, i think it bodes well for the rest of the season.

That was certainly highly entertaining. I have gained a lot of respect for Mark Webber... I can only imagine where he'd be if he had only half of the mechanical problems he's had.

And WTF happened to Jaime? SOMEBODY is getting fired on the STR pit crew for that FUBAR.

Suprised to see Lewis win tbh, it seemed to all go wrong, almost smashed my head in when i saw he might not even start the race.

Button in the Red Bull pit lol, he hardly noticed even when he stopped.

Webber is my driver of the day, sure the car was a beast, but he had to overtake a lot and start on primes.

Nice little race, the best thing to take away is RED BULL ARENT UNTOUCHABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Red Bull will need to get their KERS unit working reliably as without it they look susceptible on the starts and long straights, I'm still baffled how Mark managed to be three seconds a lap faster than the leaders at times during the final third of the race without KERS at his disposal!

Because the Red Bull is still the fastest car on the grid even without KERS?

Vettel lost 1st place due to strategy today not lack of KERS or lack of pace, infact if he had 3 stopped i think he would have had a pretty clear gap.

Obviously amazing by Hamilton and glad to see him 1st but i think its clear from Webbers pace that they kind of are still untouchable given they get the strategy correct.

Vettel had KERS off the start today; he bogged down which is why he slipped to third! but if he didn't have KERS he probably would have dropped back like Webber did in Malaysia!

I think lets be honest. Lewis and Vettel have been very close all 3 races. Lewis would've been closer in Maylaysia had he not lost out to Heidfeld off the start. This year is shaping up to be a very close battle between those two, and what a battle it'll be. Lewis jumps Vettel off the start, Vettel overtakes Lewis, Vettel then goes on to retake the lead of the race, only for Lewis to comeback at him with a few laps left.

It genuinely felt like all of the top 6 cars could've won at the some point today.

Awesome racing today. I couldn't care what people say about this new formula. Personally I think the racing is an amazing improvement, and I'd like to see it say like this forever.

After the race today, I have been left with this thought:

With these volatile Pirelli tires, do we really need such artificial overtaking devices like KERS and DRS? It seemed like tire wear made the biggest difference in each battle for position - who had the freshest tires?

What a fantastic race to watch. Hamilton was brilliant today, the right amount of aggression without being too hard on his tyres. That single run yesterday obviously helped.

As for Webber... If they could get through Q1 and Q2 on the prime tyres, think of what could be possible. :hehe: Seriously, a fantastic drive from him today, especially without KERS yet again. Red Bull will need to fix that as soon as possible if they want to keep the advantage. I think this is the first entertaining dry race I've seen here at Shanghai. Was a bit disappointed that Rosberg and Massa didn't finish higher up, as they both good drives today. Has Massa rediscovered his old form? :)

Absolutely terrific race!!! Loved every minute. 8-)

And of course, the result is great with McLaren getting win number 1 of the year under the belt. :D Great drive from Lewis, but a shame to see Jenson fall away in the dying laps.

Mark Webber was a star performer, that was an amazing comeback! He deserved a podium. 8-)

Great to see so many on track battles, involving all the great names; Hamilton, Vettel, Button, Webber, Alonso and Schumacher.

Bit of a jerk in the Red Bull garage on the red button trying to start another conspiracy theory, I hope he was just joking. :nono:

But the race was totally worth getting up early for. :)

enjoying race! couldn't even keep up with the action.

well done to Lewis and Mark for the drives that they put in today

Why even bother doing Quali when you can just make your way thru the field with fresh tyres :hehe:
