Common sense is in short supply when it comes to promoting motor racing. Edmonton, Alberta, lost $10M (of taxpayers' money) over the last three years staging an Indy race and it's back again this year. Anyone for a Canadian F1 GP in Edmonton? No worries about a loss-making enterprsie there.
