I'm a Vettel supporter first. Red Bull I supported because they had my dream driver combination at the time. My compatriot and my idol on the same team.

When I first joined here I used to be a Hamilton supporter over Vettel, but once Hamilton won his title, I then backed Vettel to win a title. For next year if neither of those two win it - I'd like to see Michael Schumacher win it.

Don`t you think that Vettel could feel himself a little bit in debt with Mercedes and MS? At least for the future.

I'm going to play stupid here.

Vettel adores Schumacher as his idol, he was his hero growing up. Schumacher mentored Vettel in some way, so I could see Vettel feeling indebted to Schumacher. I read that Vettel has no friends in the paddock.

Mercedes? What did they do? They didn't help him - last I checked the engines he has driven with are Ferrari and Renault.

That made me "aww", that's quite sad really. Even Fernando has friends.

See I would've thought that him and Schumacher would be friends - but probably not. The age difference is very great. I would think him and Jaime would get on like a breeze. :thumbup:

I honestly don't think he cares if he has friends or not. He's got the best friend any of the drivers would dream of - World Champion. :thumbup:

He surely has friends offtrack which is what a normal human being needs. The office is for work. :lurker:

Sebastian Vettel has admitted he sees his Formula One future in the red of Ferrari.

The new world champion enjoyed a dominant season in his Red Bull RB6, taking ten pole positions and winning five grands prix. Nonetheless, Vettel hinted he would like to drive for the legendary Italian team or Mercedes after seeing out his current contract.

"No question, it is my wish and goal to drive for Ferrari one day," Vettel told Sunday's Bild am Sonntag. "Or Mercedes, another legendary brand. But right now I'm happy. I have two more years of contract with Red Bull and we have big plans."
