Why? Chances are if Villeneuve came back he'd be crap as well. There's a direct comparison right there.

I agree. Villeneuve didn't exactly set me on fire (if that is the correct use of the phrase) I doubt he would be able to get used to the cars and tracks quick enough to make a comeback worthwhile. I would however like to see him or someone take the toro rosso team and work with it so they are more competitive.

I've always had a soft spot for toro rosso because even though in 2008 they beat their sister company red bull to their first win, they have always been shadowed by the rb team. Since they had to take the concorde agreement into account, they have gone downhill since 2008, finishing last in the wcc in 2009 and if it wasn't for the new teams, they would of been last this year as well.
