I think we will see a Ferrari resurgence and Red Bull be as strong as ever. I can't see McLaren doing as well as them this year, even though Lewis won last year. I bet it won't be too amazing to watch.

I believe McLaren have a shot a winning a couple of the final five races + it remains to be seen if Ferrari will be as fast in Singapore!

Singapore is a fairly dismal circuit, so hopefully there's several competitive teams cos otherwise this race is going to be a snooze-fest

Monaco is a more boring race than Singapore... and this yr was decently interesting.
Singapore, more than what the track allows, should be a crack on the nerves this yr. So with that in mind, anything can happen, so i'm counting on a crazy-fierce battle.

Yeah. I don't see why people are thinking Ferrari will easily better McLaren just because they won the Monza race when McLaren equalled them and lost out on a wheel to wheel battle.

The Hungarian GP was a free pass card by the FIA as Ferrari and Redbull took advantage of the sleeping rule makers and made McLaren look average.

I predict Redbull to have a slight advantage with Mclaren nipping at their heels. Ferrari a clear 3rd best, like in Spa.

hopefully Lewis and jenson can do well, the thing is, why are mclaren set to struggle so much this year when the car is pretty similar, or is that because of a solid red bull and ferrari? because lewis did take pole and win in 09 :)

Of course Lewis will win!

No it's not. Monaco is a constant, unrelenting, test of skill with great scenery. Singapore is a bland, dull racetrack with some admittedly nice things to look at in the background...Which you can't see.

Well, none of the things you said make Monaco a "less boring race".
Although i do like Monaco much more (and i specially hate 90º turns), i couldnt really say Monaco has more exciting races than Singapore. I guess we'll see this yr.

Um...Yes, yes they do. Watching F1 cars blast around the streets of Monaco, sometimes within inches of the barriers, is a total thrill. Watching F1 cars trundle round a car park in Singapore...Isn't. I can't remember the last time I thought a race at Monoaco was dull. The only time I thought a race at Singapore was mildly engaging was 2008, and we later found out...Well, you know the rest.

I'm going on Ferrari's form in Germany and Hungary as well - they were faster than McLaren, and their areo guys brought a better package than the Mclaren ones to Monza. I can't really say how the engine situation or Alonso's mistakes will pan out for the rest of the season, but Ferrari have sorted the fault that was caused them all those engine worries early in the season. Don't the remaining circuits overall suit the f10 more than the McLaren?

RK takes the win (barely) from FA after Petrov crashes thereby causing a safety car that turns out advantageous for RK and FA. There will be rumors that Petrov was ordered to do so and he gets sacked in favor of KR for 2011. His cougar manager leaves in a huff, dons a Stalin uniform and joins MM's inner circle as top dom. :whip::twisted:

Car Park? Really? thats like calling Wall Street a car park. And why do they "blast" around Monaco but "trundle" around Singapore?

Even Lewis says differently: "You need to put a lot of work into the car to get a good lap - I’d say it requires double the energy of Monaco over a single lap. One lap around here is like two laps of Monaco!"

Because the Singapore lap is preposterously long, and so is the race. Also, whilst Singapore itself is lovely, the circuit at night is just another Tilke car park.
