The new section has seen some good racing in MotoGP and Moto 2, hopefully it'll be the same with the F1 cars :)

I think the Red Bull's will be the pace setters, with Hamilton and Alonso not that far behind.
Something always happens to at least one Red Bull, so i don't really see a RB 1-2.
I think Alonso will again out-pace Massa, both in quali and the race.
Hopefully Kobayashi will have a decent enough quali so that he is not too far back and can scrap it out with a few of the bigger boys.

If it rains, Button will as always go for the drier tyre and will finish well based entirely on strategy, without passing a single car on track on the same strategy as him.

Spectacular crash goes to Adrian Sutil as its been far too long since his last one

I think that Lewis will be up there, Webber will be in his Monaco mood of trying to dominate? Because he feels the last race was :censored: so i can imagine him to be up there, but i can image Alonso to be 4th or 3rd and I can imagine Massa to maybe turn around a little and be 3rd. I have a good feeling for Mr.Massa!!

Hi Guys!

Im going to be going to the british grand prix and im so excited!

Just a quick question, I want to drive and park somewhere (anywhere!), I will be staying in the Horwood House Hotel which is about 18miles from the track.
My question is that Northampton Police have the one way system which has been in place would it still be possible to come to the circuit via buckingham and stowe?

Here is what they say but I dont understand this?

Also where is the best place to park? I will be in the Corpse C terrace on the first corner!

Hi all not sure if this is the right place to post but I’m going to my first every f1 race at Silverstone. Just after some advice really. I'm in the pit straight and have just received my ticket I have my seat number but have no idea where I will be in relation to the starting grid my seat is W153. Also I’m there from Friday after noon so I have time to explore. Any tip on most does while I’m there? Also where is the best place to get some pictures during practice and qualifying?

Oh and really sad I know but I’m on my own :(

Cheers Ross

Can't help you (but I'm sure someone will), have fun though. And come back here and post pictures. Preferably of grid girls :P

Kimi's not around anymore, that's why.

Although we've already done that joke haven't we?

You can park at windmill campsite which is just behind copse corner (I camp there) Its about £12 per person per night i think. Not sure how they charge for parking, it might be the same. You can get out the back of the campsite and avoid the one way system by using back roads.
If you want any more info use the 'search' for old siliverstone threads of previous years, or pm me.

If your're in the pit stgraight you'll see the starting grid. Just soak up the atmosphere, buy team gear, watch the support races. Visit local pubs or the fair in the evening. Best advice for pics is use fri to walk around the track, it wont be so busy so see where you fancy. Fri and sat tickets are roving but if you leave it too late to get seated for quali the grandstands are full. I nearly missed it last year.
