when Jenson won the first race Lewis did some little rant. When jenson challenged him for the win in turkey, Lewis made his good pout all over the press conference and the podium ceremony. Things are going well for Mclaren as a team because jenson is very mature, not because of Lewis.

Where to begin? Firstly, what the hell is a 'good pout'? And when did Lewis Hamilton in your own broken English 'do some little rant'? You are imagining this s***. Lewis Hamilton is 100% genuine, you are obviously one of these idiots who hate him for his perfection.

Please don't let this turn into a Hamilton fanboy/Hamilton hater argument, it's been done to the death on here....

I don't believe any team will be having a 'golden age' with the new points system and the FIA constantly banning everything that is innovative.

Jenson & Lewis are a good partnership; both battling it out for honours; current and former world champions... At this point I wouldn't like to call which driver will end up ahead at the end of the season but I believe with an improving McLaren; either could be world champion this season.

It is nice to see that many on this here forum are coming around to Jenson's talents finally, you don't become world champion without a lot of talent!!!

1) Did you forget his little rant at the team? It was broadcasted all over... doesn't take much broken english needed to explain this.

2) Secondly, you also forgot his attitude in the Turkey podium and conference? I dont know exactly the differece between a good and a bad pout... But i'll call that one a good pout. If you think I'm imagining it, then do a little reading in the forum... seems like many others imagined it as well.

Oh right. I'm an idiot hating Lewis for his perfection. He is 100% genuine. Stupid me!

<EDIT> Oh and by the way. Since when is a back to back 1-2, when in one of thsoe the closest competition took eachother out, and in the other race screwed their strategy... a Golden Era (specially for a team that has won serious championships!). Please define this in your unbroken english, because my broken understanding doesnt get it.

Mate, Lewis has the passion, you can see it in his interviews. You guys are just paranoid, there is no attitude after the Turkish GP. He's a nice guy, Jensen's a nice guy, end of story.

In Turkey, he was told to turn his engine down, Jensen wasn't, what's your point?

Sad, but oh so true. :(

I'll take a shot at it. The point others are trying to make is that they know Lewis is not perfect nor is any other driver on the grid. Its all about reality and accepting it.

I would say that Lewis is the driver who has the best chance at chasing Michaels 7 WDC's so I'm not bashing him I just do not think he is the 'infallible God' that others do.

Most F1 drivers have a lot of passion. They are also ussually wound up from all the adrenaline right after the race... so what's your point?

So, there was no attitude in the end of the Turkish GP!?
Ha. Get real.

I'm not saying either is not a nice guy. I'm just saying things are going along nicely within Mclaren (drivers wise) because the last 2 wins were Lewis'. Had it been the other way around you can guarantee there would have been some banter from Lewis (as he's showed several times before). That's my point.

I dont think anyone's stated here that hes an "infalible God". Everyone makes mistakes and no doubt Lewis will make more. But he and jenson respect each other. They are both genuine. Not to say they wont question things or that there wont be misunderstandings. Ive heard Lewis question situations and Ive heard Jenson when he's not happy too. Best driver pairing on the grid tho, on and off the track.

Fantastic to see the Maclarens taking a well deserved 1-2 (as opposed to a gifted one), I sincerely hope this doesn't turn into a Maclaren whitewash for the rest of the season though!
Most observers thought Canada would be a Maclaren track and so it proved to be ,but I am sure there will be plenty of races to come where Red Bull and Ferrari can take the fight to them and keep the championship teetering!

Yup. It seems that the main argument teams throw up is how much money it's going to cost them to start copying such tech, but the F duct has got to be a hell of a lot cheaper to develop than a decent KERS system. Meanwhile the price of a win is getting higher and higher as EVEN MORE innovations have to be pulled out of the hat every season, due to the previous ones being banned...

Bit too soon to predict a golden age per say. They were completely outclassed by Redbull in Turkey on pace, Redbull were 1-2 until a brain fade by both drivers.

Canada is a circuit tailormade for this years McLaren chassis. I expect McLaren to be 2nd best in Valencia as that is a glorified (spelled: dead boring) Monaco which should suit the Redbull's and Ferraris more. McLaren has a 'longer' chassis this year than the other 2 which is a bit of a disadvantage in tight/twisty circuits. I believe the drivers make a difference for them, as Ferrari have Massa (he's at 70% of himself since the accident) and Redbull has Vettel (wins from the front).
