I'll ignore lewis, but montoya isn't better than shooey and alonso.

I dont think he really raced Alonso...he would have been better but Michael.....

Or Raikkonen, as irrefutably proved during their time as team mates at McLaren.

good moves anyway, why don't we get overtaking like that anymore?

But clips of his overtakes don't make a better driver,

Nah. The car was suited to Raikonnen and Montoya had a broken shoulder otherwise........

I agree with the first one (the drivers made) apart from Kimi and Mika should be infront of Hammy.
Sorry but I am sure they should be.
And Montoya should be higher.
And where is Pantano?

Forget Pantano, where's Badoer? :hehe:

Whatever you say, all i remember is races like Suzuka where Montoya dropped it on the first lap while Raikkonen was busy winning from 17th on the grid.

Or Spa the same year where Raikkonen was behind Montoya, but once past went two whole seconds a lap quicker en route to victory while Montoya tangled with Pizzonia, ending up in the tyre wall. The list goes on. :hehe:

And of course, we cannot forget this little mishap...

It's funny you should blame the car for Montoya's problems when Raikkonen's engine was blowing most weekends, i lost count of the number of times he got a 10 place penalty only to still get it on the podium... and injury excuses are an absolute copout given that he was still getting schooled later in the season and in 2006! :P

Nah you have a selective memoy!!! Racing with a broken shoulder is not good. Michael coppd out with his neck. And car defo suited Kimi.

Selective memory eh? How ridiculously rich and condescending of you to simply claim that in response to my points.

1. M. Schumacher (Unquestionably first because he won 00,01,02.03,04, that is Half of the decade...)
2. Hamilton (Hamilton has been looking very promising even in a crap car he still performs good and is a very gutsy driver, overall he has impressed me more than Alonso.)
3. Alonso (Another gutsy driver and will do some really good manuvers and show some real talent but then sometimes he's just a pile of crap, maybe he will change at Ferrari but I think he will struggle getting used to the car for some reason.)
4. Raikkonen (A very good driver who is very fast just is pushed down and over shadowed by Massa who isn't as good as Kimi)
5. Vettel (A young driver, very fast just needs to put his head down and drive. Great potential in this driver.
8. Barrichello
9. Massa
10. Button
7. Montoya
6. Hakkinen (90's was his era, he was a good driver just not quite as good as the rest)

Other drivers who should be mentioned are Webber, Coultard, Fisichella, Trulli and even R. Schumacher who fall just outside the top 10

Not condescending, I just couldnt be bothered to find evidence to counter them ( though i know evidence abounds)If i didnt have to go back to the dreaded W place on Tuesday Id get the evdence no problem but the big W calls :(:yuck::banghead:

Montoya is gutsy. Would love to see him back in F1 with slicks.
However, his problem was he was gutsy - borderline reckless, and ussually got overcarried. Alonso is gutsy as well, but rarely to the point of senselessly throwing a race away, and has shown much better damage limitation and risk assesment than Montoya ever did.
