I think ol' tex took your remark as an implication that he either does not know how to drive or could/would be distracted by dropping a cellphone or that it was just another simpleminded jab at american drivers. As his attorney I have instructed him to refrain from any further comments regarding this topic and aswell Mr.tex retain's the rights to this thread and it's implicated topic thus he retains all rights and authority to cease and desist said thread.
