Hmm, and there was me thinking that there was a line even DD would not cross...

Well, I've never made a secret of my preferences. Sadly, some of them are now being frowned on, so I had to give them up for the most part - but I can still dream of them

There is no higher power invovled why the chair rolled foward can be explained though physics.

No no, this is nothing to do with Religion. We just need some Communism and then we'd have flat platforms.

"All we are saying... is give red a chance"

that was very pro ferrari

going back to people having kied and being extra careful or not having kids at all. it is a fine line, if you wrap kids in cotton wool they will never learn. eg how do you know not to touch a light bulb that is switched on? because no doubt you have done it, it hurt and you have told yourself not to do it again. same goes for kids.

You are right. Children need to take risks in order to learn limits and manage risk. In todays society we give them less and less chance to do this. However with the baby in the buggy neither baby nor mother was taking a risk, it was just an accident that thankful ended without serious consequence.

Children also need good stable morals and boundaries. Bring back the belt!

It's pretty stupid that the platform slopes toward the track. It's easy for me to say that now but honestly I think I would have thought of that. I've never seen one like that and I would have noticed if I ever stood on it and thought it's stupid for the reason shown in the video.

Looks like it's a suburban train stop, they are usually not up to scratch compared to a station and the slope is probably there for water run off!

[madbrad]

Yeah I know. I figured they did that for drainage but come on there are many ways of handling that without sloping the plaform toward the track.
