its ok to hit cyclist, it says so in the highway code.

especialy if they have signs them on saying "hit me" or actualy ask to be hit

That reminds me of something I read the other day, there's plans for noise making devices for electric cars so ppl can hear them coming, it said about making engine noises but I suppose there'll be some novelty ones too, I can imagine you clip clopping along in your electric car, speeding up to a gallop as you accelerate.
