Based on this, my money is on Ferraris and Rosberg, lost hope with Alonso for the 1st half of the season. Brawns for sure might still do well on qualifying, but I think they won't make it that well in the race this time.

I guarantee a Brawn will be on pole! :)

Is that a money back guarantee, if I bet a few thousands on them and they don't take the pole? :D

I was alittle happy to see Ferrari 1-2 but it was just practice/testing, I'm pulling for BrawnGP this season.

I am impressed with Ferrari's pace. they do not have a double diffuser and i think they have moved ahead of Redbull since Australia as the fastest "non diffuser" team. considering they were in a title fight with McLaren they have done a good job. where as McLaren have been left behind.

Aerodynamic vs. mechanical grip, maybe?

Mere speculation but for Ferrari I believe it was purely mechanical and the soft tires.

Speculation that they are relying heavily on their KERS

Yer Ferrari are heavily dependent on KERS. I can't wait for this diffuser stuff to be ruled legal or illegal. At the moment it's like having two formulas, it's not really fair.

Just watching the replays of today's practice sessions and apparently Brawn only have two spare front wings with them.

A right dose of halon for Raikkonen. No doubt he'll be fine, but it's certainly not something he'd like to see happen again.

And it smelled like a chunk of Parmesan cheese that had been sitting out in the sun for 6 months according to Peter Windsor :P

Bob Varsha also stated that is was the KERS batteries that gave out and they are mounted somewhere in the front of the car hence all the cockpit smoke.

That was great and I laughed so loud I woke my dog up :hehe: .
