Yeah yeah slant it which ever way you like we all know what you meant! :yes: You love your tribal s*** AKR whether it be Italian, Slovenian, Ferrari, Soccer or Religion it all comes down to the tribe for you and its associations to you!
Screw Journo's ill be a Psychiatrist :hehe:

Nice of you to think that way of me. You appear to be a smart man. But Bud what can I say, I am smart too and I wont actually admit to this so in the end it is all assumptions without proof. :wink:

Now if you would care for a drink, would you like some Laško Pivo, that is a nice Slovenian brand of beer. If not I am sure I can accomdate you with something else to your better liking. :drink:

And now back to the topic. Who do you think will win the Belgium GP? I am tipping for Massa, although Kimi will be quicker and somehow they will do the switch without making it too obvious. I say Lewis Hamilton for 3rd. This all of course if the Ferraris don't blow their engines and if it doesn't rain. If it rains I would then say that Lewis Hamilton will win or come second to Kimi because Massa will show his usual talent in the wet and let us all down. :wink:

As long as it rains, I don't care who wins :cloud9:

I checked a couple websites and both were showing rain forecast for Sunday. ;)

Lewis to win then :yes::yes::)

I'm hoping that Honda will steal a couple of Mercedes engines for that race so that Jens and Rubens can take a one-two.

Oh, wait...this is the real world. :(

I really hope Raikkonen wins, more than any other race this year. It's do or die for his F1 career!

Not sure he's bothered if its die, so he doesn't really deserve it. kubica wants it more. massa wants it more. Lewis wants it more. I hope its lewis but Kimi does not deserve to win.

The best driver on the day deserves to win. If you aren't the best guy on the day, you don't really deserve the win, in my opinion. You may have done enough to get it, either through someone else's misfortune or some Heidfeld-style craftiness, but that doesn't mean you're the guy who deserves to take it. Of course, Formula 1 (and sport in general) doesn't always benefit the person who deserves it. ;)

Jens will definately have a lookin if everything is perfect for him and Rubens may get a foot in if Prost style thinking is required but more likely....Lewis to win :wink:

Honestly, seeing as it's the ten-year anniversary of my favourite all-time race, I'm hoping that we may have Honda's first ever one-two finish! :hehe:

:eek::eek::eek:

Spa Francorchamps, the much loved but longest layout on the F1 calendar, may have to be shortened for future editions of the historic Belgian Grand Prix.

It is being reported in Belgium, including by f1-club.be, that a portion of the 7km circuit is proposed to be cut out.

The famous Eau Rouge section is safe, but the proposal for the new shortened circuit in the Ardennes is to connect the current Pouhon left-hand sweepers with Blanchimont.

Left out of the new layout, therefore, is the high speed Fagnes chicane and Stavelot, and the existing Pouhon and Blanchimont are likely to be altered.

The report said the modifications could take place prior to next year's Belgian Grand Prix, or in time for the 2010 race.

Championship leader Lewis Hamilton said last week that the disappearance of many of the more challenging 'driver tracks' is a shame.

"You really feel the history of those places whenever you race there; they have real character," the McLaren driver said.

"Each time they are refurbished, they lose a little more of their individuality - but they are made safer, so we can continue to race on them - so that's a good compromise."

Well that is just SICK SICK SICK SICK SICK!!!! Who authorised such a blasphemous action? Mad Max? Bernie? Hermann Tilke?

Shortening Spa anymore is like banning Keeley Hazell or Kylie Minogue from taking their clothes off ever.

I just wanted the yellow cars to win, because they were yellow. I didn't know that Hill was a world champion, that Mika was so great that year, that Schumacher was (arguably) the best guy around, or even that this was the pinnacle of motorsport. I just saw the yellow cars, with the cool nose design, and was hooked. And then they all smashed up. For a nine year-old boy, that's quite exciting. :)

In that case I'm hoping for a Williams 1-2 finish. :P

Over 5 years now since their last 1-2.
