You never know Lewis could pull the douchebag move of the century and go to Ferrari- allowing Rosberg in.Its a long shot but hey i dont think the Hamilton Clan have much respect for the Mclaren management anymore

I don't think Rosberg/Kov. is a strong enough driver pairing for McLaren. I could imagine them going for Button, and think they would do before going for Rosberg if the No. 1. slot was available.

I don't know. Not this year, perhaps, but you saw how Kovalainen performed once he had fully settled in to the Renault team and taken the pressure off his back. If he scores a podium today, gets a win in a couple of weeks, I think you'll start to see a massive boost in his performances once again which will continue on into 2009 because he'll have consistency of being with the same team again.

No podium today for Kovalainen, despite being in a decent position. I keep on waiting for a good performance, but it never seems to come, which is so frustrating because he has the potential and equipment to do it. We're now into the second half of the season. This is the time last year he really started to knuckle down. He has to do something similar at McLaren this season.

Definitely. I think, if it had stayed dry at Silverstone, that would have been the turning point in his season and I wouldn't have been surprised to see him win at Hockenheim as well, which would push him up in the standings. I still feel that it would only take one victory to get him going, but whether that victory comes in time or not is anybody's guess.
