Darwin Dali has on many occasions accused the lack of passion at McLaren and on many occasions called them robots bal bla etc

on this occasion
McLaren fan plainly said that McLaren are passionate they do their job they love to perfection implying - (head down mind on the task at hand in a calm collective state) (discipline rewards those with a passion for winning. to win you need discipline to have discipline you need passion for the task at hand)
Darwin dali blatantly disputed McLaren Fans claim to McLaren team having passion by disputing this proof you obviously feel there is proof needed for McLaren having passion thus in doing so claim McLaren lack Passion

DD, you surprise me, especially given you're an academic. As an academic as well, I have a passion for my chosen subject and I want to do very well in it. I read the books, take notes and learn the material with joy. I love doing it and I want to do it to the very best of my ability. Passion is not just about running around in circles, in complete chaos and disorganisation. Nothing would get done that way, you would fail every examination, your research would be of low quality and possibly erroneous. Ferrari have cool, collected and calm staff. They are not stereotypical Italians running about with their hands flailing everywhere (although, the nature of Italy has meant the team has occasionally been disorganised in the past).

Kovalainen also alluded to McLaren being friendly. I'm glad he has said that because another complete misconception about McLaren is that nobody is allowed any fun. McLaren staff work hard and to the very best of their ability, have fun doing their job and have plenty of fun after office hours. That's something of which I certainly approve.

mclaren do come across as being colder than some of the other teams, whether its true or not only the team knows!

i hope HK does do well and is happy there, he did a good job at renault in their blip year!
