Exploiting the rules and pushing them to the extreme or even 'bending' the rules until they're clarified/made more restrictive is what Ferrari have been doing like most other teams as well - they were just better, smarter, more ingenious about it. You call that cheating - I don't.
What I call cheating is stealing/accepting/soliciting proprietary data from a competitor and then lying about it and its use throughout the organization - that's what McLaren did. (Renault did the stealing/accepting part, not the soliciting or lying bit as far as we know).
I don't see how you can even attempt to compare these two things (Ferrari and McLaren) or even Renault's case. What McLaren did is a very serious breach of trust apart from violations of the sporting code, human decency standards and possibly some criminal laws. If you don't see the difference and then even go so far as to claim that the FIA is unfair or biased or on a witch hunt or whatever, all due to your inability to differentiate these cases, then I'll have to come to the sad conclusion that you have drunk the McLaren Koolaid.

Ok , Take this hypothesis. It was Ferrari who invented turbo. Turbo was their intellectual property, No other team could use it . Ferrari win every race by a country mile and F1 is finished.That was a very simplified scenario but i think you get my drift. Im not talking about Ferraris "bending" of rules(which is a whole other can of worms)Im talking about how inovations develop and pass between teams and alwats have. We wouldnt have the sport as it is if it didnt happen so why get precious about it on this one occassion.

Because taken together, your first post's statement of Ferrari cheating more and McLaren getting punished more plus the second post's claim that you're actually thinking of how innovations in F1 pass from one team to the other, you basically accuse Ferrari of spying and transferring things from other teams more than McLaren has been doing. Proof?
