I choose my words carefully Dali so you may benefit from reading my posts more carefully in future. If you take the time, you'll notice that I said:

"Strange post Dali considering that it has obviously done no such thing, and rightly so. McLaren Fan has his spinnaker set fair as far as I, or anyone else, can see."

This was in response to your post:

"Excellent point - that'll take the wind out of MF's sail."

My post made no allusion to any points situation and was simply pointing to the fact that no wind had demonstrably been taken out of McLaren Fan's sail, which was the single assertion of your post to which I was replying. Perhaps you are the one suffering from blindness.

For the history alone any driver would love to drive for them. According to Salo, anyone who say's they don't is a liar.

Yeah... specially before MS era when they spent, what? 20 years without title? I can't recall everyone wanted to drive for them then...

[quote="Mikep99"][quote=" Kimi Raikkonen"]This has been a very nice year for me during which I have enjoyed Formula 1 like never before. In Ferrari, I have found a great family and I am proud to have won the title with them.â€

I appreciate that you choose your words carefully. So listen carefully as well: My sail metaphor was clearly in relation to the point situation (i.e., his untenable claim that McLaren won the WCC). You continued the sail metaphor with his spinnaker, thereby you were talking about the points situation/McLaren winning or not winning the WCC when you continued with your confrontational remark about me being a rabid anti-McLaren afficionado. If you didn't mean to talk about this situation, then you'd have to rephrase your statement and NOT use my original metaphor - this is common sense convention without which attempts to communicate between people are rendered futile.

That argument is a non sequitur and you know it.

McLaren are constuctors' champions for the tenth time this season.

McLaren fan.
Its funny but the records don’t seem to show that.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Formula_One_World_Constructors'_Champions

Why is that :?: Maybe you should send them an email to rectify the situation.

The only one you’re convincing is your self & the other likeminded individuals.

Those grapes are absolutely putrid.

No it's not and I explained it already in my previous post.
I guess we have to agree to disagree.

Regarding DD's comments, as I've said time and time before, the punishment handed out to McLaren in Hungary does not count as there was no rule with which to penalise them. The ruling was also hypocritical saying as it was largely based on a violation of driver equality which Ferrari have been breaching since 1996 and what all the teams have been breaching since the new qualifying format. The second strand of the punishment is again irrelevant for other teams have made mistakes this very season and have not given drivers enough time to do a qualifying lap. The punishment was a political manoeuvre and, therefore, should not be recognised. McLaren are 2007 contructors' champions, taking the team's tally to ten.

Incoherent? The truth has been outlined very well. All you do is make sad jokes and little doodles, thinking everybody is laughing with you. In fact, they're actually all laughing at you, humoring you only for future comic value.

McLaren Fan you're a hard arse and I like you, but you're wrong in this case...

Yeah the teams have all been stealing ideas from each other over the years, but there was a certain protocol, checking out each others cars on the grid, hiring photographers etc. There was a level playing field almost.

But being in posession of a technical dossier from another team? They stepped over the boundary with that one.

If I had to put money on it I would say Dennis found out about Kimi signing a long term contract with Ferrari and he was livid for being used as a Ferrari training school. He just went too far in his reaction... He's only human...

Yeah I know, Dennis knew nothing about it, one of his employee's acted without his sanction... I don't buy it...
