As if this thread has reached 3 pages already! It's putting the Spanish GP thread to shame... sigh....

I couldn't bear to have a dog. Mann, it'd wear me down very quickly....

No it wouldn't. You'd love it in no time! It would be part of your life.

I'd love a dog. Had a dog during my childhood and I'll never forget her. One of my biggest motivations right now is to earn some bucks just to get a landed property...to get a couple of dogs! Condos simply don't cut it, I don't want a Roscoe. :hehe:

I'd have a Roscoe at the drop of a hat! Its just that at the moment I want to travel a lot too. So I have to shelve the dog for a while, not as rich as Lewis to take him everywhere with me. I'll sort out some more picture later of my Roscoe, they're not on the iPad so harder to get at.
There was a programme on Thursday about Battersea dogs home, and they had a Bull dog, a white one called Frankie, two year old. He was gorgeous but he had a problem with his back legs. Some one had heard about the programme and donated the money for him to have a scan. They found a cyst and it was inoperable :( he'd just get worse. But a Lady who loves bulldogs, she's got about nine, had him.
I'll also sort out the picture that first made me fall in love with bulldogs, it's one I saw in Rome.

I get that motivation.

Maybe, if and when, I'm a little more settled in life, that may be something to consider. They are indeed lovely animals (well, not all of them) but I just wouldn't have the time, energy or commitment at the moment.

You'd be ok with a proper dog rather than a giant rat/fashion accessory. :hehe:

Bet if Vettel had the same sort of dog, you'd have your pillow with its picture printed on it and singing its praises all over the forum.

You can hardly call a Bull dog a fashion accessory.

Yeah, try repeating that when it's got its jaws clamped on your arm...they don't call it a 'bull' dog for no reason. It's not my type of dog, but calling it a rat/fashion accessory is just unsubstantiated idiocy.

I very much doubt that and have already stated why - see below seeing as you chose to miss it and chose to try and entice me into antoher slanging match.

Well what use is it then? It's not a working dog.

What use is it? It's a pet, a companion.
