Okay Motogp at Jerez this weekend :) they say there is a 80% chance of rain for the race tomorrow, And Ducati will be wanting it to bucket down, its the only way they will fight for a win. Should be a interesting race. Also a great effort from de Puniet qualifying 10th on his CRT bike and outqualifying some full prototype bikes.

Those Ducatti's arent sorted at all. Im not liking moto GP so much this year. Rossi nowhere and Marco gone. Marco was so refereshing , loved him. I find the top riders a bit boring and whingey and moany, probably like Pedrosa best out of the three. I quite like Dovi and Crutchlow is looking good. I think it will have to be Crutchlow that gets my support, he drove ace today. Its all a bit flat for me though. Im keenly watching Bradley in Moto2, but not his day today .

I wouldn't just be blaming Ducatis for Rossis woes, Nicky Hayden has beaten him two out of two this year, plus Hayden atleast had the bike running in the front pack for the first part of the race.
I think Rossis lost the edge after being involved in Sics accident.

Rossi certainly isnt the Rossi of old. But Hayden was going backwards as well. Didnt they finnish up 8th and 9th?

Hayden's out qualified him by some margin, he was running as high as 4th (from memory) at some points. He was in the front battle in the early stages. He did fall back and they did end up 8 and 9 but like Doohan said in our coverage- Hayden looked like he was on the edge pushing the bike to the limits while Rossi looked lost. Another scary fact is Rossi used Haydens Setup for the race!

The track conditions helped Hayden (by his own admission) during qualifying but he went backwards in the race. Rossi's problem is that apparently he doesn't have enough confidence in the bike so is not able to push as hard as he would want to.

Yep I heard the same thing about Rossi not having the confidence to push the bike, which in that case will make it very hard to improve the bike, some dark times ahead for Ducati I think, especially on Rossi's side. Anyway as for myself, i'm happy with how the race went and glad to see Stoner pick up his first win at Jerez. :D

I'm wondering where the :censored: spies is this season. Dude was prancing around in the double digits...

it strange with Spies, the bigger bikes should suit him more than the 800s  but it seems he is really struggling, hopefully he can turn it around soon. Otherwise guys like Crutchlow could be snapping at his ride at Yamaha. Especially that Bradley Smith has already got a ride at Tech 3 Yamaha next season and that either Cal or Dovi has to make way for Smith.
