Mine AKR are the initials of my complete real full name. Some of you will already know what that is.

Is Fernando related to you?

We're cousins.

he he just kidding; Alonso is my middle name ;)

Oh crap! I used to make fun of Alonsos name a lot in the previous forums but I grew up a little (just a little) since then. Your post is good knowledge for the future when things heat up in the Championships. :hehe:

:) dont worry... when things do heat up, i know who'll be putting in the good performances, you may make fun all you want, but the results will silence you :hehe:

Mine is because I used to own a Mitsubishi Evo 5, I went out into the hills of Wales (where I am originally from) trying to follow that years rallyGB route. I go my mate out videoing it. He is a bit of a flower/arty person. Anyway he said that in the semi dark with all the rain all he could hear was the engine spitting and popping, and the car appeared out of the cloud/fog like a monster. He then remembered about the Poem Jabberwocky, and I just liked the name and it sort of stuck.
Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
He chortled in his joy.

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

Ohh I love that poem. Lewis Carol is a legend. :cloud9:

Mine is split into three parts (talk about stating the obvious)....

Lew = My first name is Lewis

Eng = I'm an Englishman

Bridewell = Having spent a lot of time in London, I've been fascinated by all sorts of places which date back a long time, and in some cases, don't exist anymore. Bridewell Palace was a residence of King Henry VIII, and then became an infamous prison and poorhouse. It has long since been demolished. It took its name from the church of St Bride, which still stands where it has always stood for centuries. It was designed by Sir Christopher Wren, who built St Paul's Cathedral. The Bridewell Theatre now stands on part of the site of the old prison.

So there you have it!

LewEngBridewell.
