Mar.12 (GMM) McLaren has tweaked the livery of its 2014 car ahead of the Melbourne season opener.
The Mercedes-powered car launched by the Woking based team and tested throughout the winter was all silver, with 'MP4-29' marked on the silver sidepods in the wake of title sponsor Vodafone's departure.
But spotted in the Albert Park pitlane on Tuesday was revised bodywork for the MP4-29's sidepods, featuring detailed black livery markings reminiscent of the team's old 'West' era.

You're talking about Kevin right?

The other guy would be oh so gentle with her she'd probably be pleading for him to go harder.

And, if he can deliver, why is that a "bad" thing?

Since this comment had nothing to do with "Mercedes Support", which is the thread where it was made, I moved it here, in order to respond to it:

So Horner says Merc and Ferrari have an advantage because they are integrated, and Domenically says Merc have an advantage because they are a Monster car firm. I wonder if those 2 teams that killed Fota are now considering the benefits of a spending cap

First of all, you conveniently forgot to mention that Sauber was also against the spending cap:
Jonathan Noble wrote:">Formula One Teams' Association (FOTA) disbandedHowever, FOTA's unity was shattered at the end of 2011 when Red Bull, Ferrari and Sauber quit the organisation following disagreements about cost-cutting measures.

It would seem that, in spite of McLaren's TP being the head of FOTA this past few years,
McLaren's new boss is against one of FOTA's primary foci:

Would you say Ferrari and Sauber were entirely unconnected when it comes to lobbying? Apart from using Ferrari engines and Sergio crashing while chasing Alonso.
I would say Ferrari and RBR are the important voices in Fotas death

Ron is against a cost cap? big surprise. He didnt help kill Fota though did he?

Just saying it sounds interesting with Ferrari claiming Merc are so strong because they are a monster who started spending more and earlier than others. This is what Ferrari claimed was stopping them winning - the ability to spend as much as they like. So if they cant outspend Merc, could it be time to see the cost cap in a new light

Can we stop using the phrase Unleash the beast? It just sounds so wrong. Every time Merc tweet it I die a little.
