My favourite was when Kimi was crying for his water bottle in a Nascar race. All the good ole boys are screaming yee haw and our Kimi is weeping for his bottle :hehe:

This guy is just 16 points behind Lewis Hamilton in the WDC now and while I rack my brains to find out any much extra misfortune that befell Hamilton, there isn't that much more than Rosberg.

Lets not forget Rosberg was the only teammate who's beaten Lewis in a straight fight in junior formulas.(Ok Button did but that was with Lewis losing out like 80 points due to DNFs so f**k that) This is a fantastic pairing, if Merc and Ferrari get a toe to toe car next year, it'll be incredible to watch.

If Mclaren return to form then there will be a top spot fight between 5 teams and 10 drivers!

Mostly though, Lewis' misfortunes have being a lot more costly than Nicos, it's a great pairing and next year shouldbe more exciting with both drivers bedded down in the team and a new car

Also Nico didn't beat Lewis in the lower series, they were teammates at Art, nicks dad's team, nico won the title but Lewis joined the next year and won the title

Maybe you mean karting?

I think Nico is good. Good enough even to win a championship.

Agreed. Nico has the consistency. Maybe he doesn't have the flair that lewis has, but in 2010 when I first started watching F1 and mercedes were quite mediocre, rosberg was metronomic. He made very few mistakes. 2011/2012 showed a few more flaws, but not many. His several pole positions this season indicate he has the speed, and his history shows he has the consistency. Time will tell!!

Was it? I recall reading stats during Hamilton's 2nd year in F1 that he's never been beaten by a teammate through his career except for Rosberg when they were both younger.

Nico has had his share of misfortune this season as well. Lewis has just had major point losses because of his issues. Having your car rebuilt in parc ferme and then the brakes replaced on the starting grid is not a good way to do business. It's been a great pairing, currently the best pairing on the grid in my opinion. I think as long as they're out scoring Ferrari and Lotus, they're going in the right direction.

Nico have been good for Lewis, and Lewis has been good for Nico. All the naysayers predicting doom and gloom, for the team have been mighty quiet so far.

You mean another year without a championship win? Cheer up man, next year is looking bright, hopefully we'll see a much different mix of results with the new regulations. :)

There is no championship since 2008 as far as I am concerned. The rest of the years were just mediocre drivers in rocket ships making a meal of things.
