Well I figured it was Spa just by looking at the picture. I then trawled back through the Wikipedia records to find out which Belgian Grands Prix in the 1960s were wet :hehe:

Not sure about the driver... Jim Clark?

Indeed it was Jim Clark. Scotlands greatest ever F1 driver who was sadly long before my time.

Yes, well remembered! Nico Rosberg (Williams) pushed Jarno Trulli (Toyota) wide onto the gravel. Trulli then spun sideways back into the pack taking out a Force India and both Toro Rossos.
