Yeah falling apart makes it sound like this is the team's last race :hehe:

Whitmarsh's maybe?

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

That would be a little premature I think, but today is not the first time I've seen people asking for ron dennis back so who knows! :hehe:

Whitmarsh trying to explain the cockup and sounding like he's just digging himself in to a hole.

Hamilton can be temperamental, and he's in the last year of his contract, he might just decided to leave out of frustration.

That would be a bad move. :nono:

No other team is doing much better at the moment.

Err. NO...I'd say Hamilton's best move in the offseason was not signing any sh*t at this team.

His options are:

Mercedes - Schumacher's last year probably.

Ferrari - Partnering Alonso again, these guys seem to be mates now.

If Whitmarsh doesn't get the boot soon, I do hope Hamilton leaves the team. I loved the team under Ron Dennis since Mika and DC, he ran that ship with a tight leash and we didn't see so many of these debacles. Maybe not the most friendliest (stupid) bunny in the paddock, but he kept the bullsh*t to a minimum.

Making errors like the fueling this weekend should be the end for Whitmarsh. That's a disgrace imo.
Lewis blows away everyone in qualifying and then gets handed 24th because of this error. Total joke.

I think they are all just bitter because Lewis is very fast. Button hasn't got the speed imo and this season will find him out, as too many are now contenders.
Lewis is Number 1 in McLaren because he's the fastest and has proper race craft (as shown again today by finishing in the points). Simple as that.

If McLaren chose to sabotage him, then that's their lookout. Lewis is better then McLaren imo.

Didn't realise Whitmarsh now apparently refuels the cars as well as changing tyres and doing strategies :rofl::rofl:

I don't see Martin Whitmarsh moving on any time soon, nor do I see Ron Dennis returning as team principle, he is too busy promoting McLaren's road car business. It was suggested to me yesterday by a former member of Forumula1.com that the problem is McLaren's key people are doing too much with all their various ventures, detracting from it's F1 programme.

Maybe this race will let McLaren take a long look at themselves and stop fooling themselves about Button actually being able to match Hamilton over an entire season. Last year was a different kettle of fish where Hamilton was driving for wins and crashing, but when he's got his head on right for the Championship, Button can STFU and just be happy playing 2nd fiddle. He was a nobody who won a WDC, and still is a nobody in relation to the Top 3 in F1.

He's the boss. The buck stops with him same as in any organisation. One mistake , ok it happens Two, a little careless. Every race of the season, not good enough.
