If it ended right now Hamilton would win, and Jenson would still be leading - all good for McLaren!
Although it does look like it will restart soon-ish.

The problem they have with moving this race to a different stage in the calendar is its location on the Planet.

At the moment, it's part of the "fly away" races that include Australia, China and Bahrain before we start the European leg of the season.

A good idea would be to move it to the latter part of the season around the Singapore and Japan part of the season. Is that out of the rainy season in Malaysia? The temperatures will certainly be more comfortable.

Definetly looks of clearing, a start behind the safety will definetly be on the cards. Can see Lewis taking this still but still looking at Mclaren 1-2 if they can stay on the track......

They're separate.

With a red flag situation, race time has effectively stopped, so the 2-hour limit won't be affected.

The time we're running in to now is the overall event time limit of 4-hours.

He has to defend from Jenson AAALLLLL the way down the pit straight on the restart. Jenson has a supreme opportunity to take the lead.

And what about pit stops? Could go any which way.

It gets dark about 19:30 there so it'll be marginal as long as they have no more delays. More problems could be on the cards though.
