This forum is sickening me TBH. And just to make clear, I like Jenson and he done well today, but when Lewis is on the forum, you don't see Whitmarch with him.
Button is his boy. Lewis was Ron's and IMO, Ron should be back on charge after this debacle.

Eddie now asking Whitmarch whether Jenson is the new team leader.........
Now Jake has said, "in terms of points, Jenson is the new team leader".

WTF is that all about. Shocking anti-Lewis chat imo.

They were referring to who has the most points so far.

It's all comes from a comment by Button saying that each driver thinks they are the team leader.

Nope it's down to the BBC asking the question in the first place,it's a dumb question.

This is what i mean about the BBC,they are setting up Jensen to look silly if he does not finish ahead of Lewis. Did they ask Martin the same question when Lewis was ahead on points, nope.

I really can't understand why Lewis gives the BBC the time of day,i really would not talk to them or the British press.

The drivers don't have a choice in being interviewed. It's just that Button is the leading Brit, Hamilton has had a poor year so of it figures that the British media latch onto the Button. If di Resta is the leading Brit next year, they'll latch onto him, similarly if Hamilton is the leading Brit they'll latch onto him.

Eddie again, talking about Jenson being a great champion and a gentleman.

IMO, Lewis is faster, but he never gets the credit he deserves. Let's remember Jensons ten years of nowhere. He's a good driver, but remember Lewis in his first F1 season. A different class, as Alonso found out to his cost.

Keep the faith Lewis. Don't let these muppets grind you down.

Right.....another.... :drink::D

Rubbish lol. The British media have latch on to Button even when he was behind Lewis on points. It's plain to see the bias that the BBC/British press have towards Button.

Again nonsense lol.

Lewis was the leading Brit last year but the British press latched on to Button.

I have never once heard the BBC ask Lewis if he was the team leader in any interview. All i am saying is the season is not over yet and British/BBC are setting up Jensen to look like an idiot.

That's just it mate they are trying to grind him down ,they are desperate for Jensen to finish ahead of him in the team.

I really don't think he will to be honest.

Jensen was living the playboy media celebrity life ,that's why he never got anywhere in his early career.

The British press like us to forgot about that.

I am awake, I just don't believe in the conspiracy theories. You mark my words, if Hamilton is ahead on points again, the British media will be all over him again.

Some people are born to be champions, and some others become one

It makes me sick when people say that Lewis had a great team from the start and that his talent is not there. Can we remember Button walking into a top team and beating a double world champion in his first F1 season. Jenson was busy crashing for the first 8 years of his career, so it's laughable now, that he thinks he's any kind of leader.

He's a good driver and no mistake, but I think he's getting ahead of himself thinking he's the leader........

What is your definition of "all over him again"? I dont see them desperate to find out if he is the team leader in McLaren when he was leading Jenson on points...which was throughout his career except for the last 2 weeks???

Rubbish,it does not have to be conspiracy theories it's blatantly obvious. Can't take you seriously anyway especially when you think Micheal was not moving illegally.

Jenson is on a high right now...2 straight weeks of finishing ahead of Lewis but like all high's, it will end soon enough. The BBC are also getting excited, I mean this is the most consistent Jensons been ahead of Lewis - 2 weekends in a row. :hehe:

Law of averages has to and will kick in, Button will be kicked back in his place as no.2 best in McLaren. His talent is nowhere near Lewis' and everyone knows that deep down.

wow that was a surprisingly good race. <other than Vettel just blitzing away... that was a good move on Alonso  even though he could have just cruised...

Also the battles.. wow. So many battles. It was a tough race to pass, the cars always looked on the limit. Great races by Senna and Alguersuari. Sergio perez was on his way to a solid race as well.......

Alonso leading the championship!! yay!!!!
