Woke up 3am to watch the Indy Gp, It was worth it though, another classy display from Casey. Unlucky that Spies had a crappy first lap as I felt that he could of finish 2nd behind Casey or even challenged him, Ben is pretty good around Indy track as proven last year on the Tech 3 Yamaha. I think Spies will be serious contender next season when the 1000cc kicks in as the riders have to muscle the bike more than the 800s, should suit him better.

Why did Rossi nearly go in the pits after performing so slowly and then change his mind and come out quick? What was going on there?

Oh, and well done Spies..Nice one

That wasn't the pit lane entrance, Rossi just missed turn 1 and went straight on down the oval track (must of had a moment) and he just went around the banking rejoining at turn 4 or 5. It did seem all Ducati riders were having major issues with there tyres due to the new track surface.

Ah ok. Thanks.

Hayden was (I think) the only rider to have a soft front tyre and it caused major problems for him. Another disappointing race seeing Rossi that far down but the Ducatti looks to handle like a bag dog muck. Neither rider has any confidence in the front end.

Apparantly Rossi's bike kept slipping out of gear into neutral-not nice. Thats why he had to take to that escape road, couldnt take the corner. Just found that out.

Thaks for that bit of info. I hadn't had a chance to have a look around to find anything.

Rain comes, the king returns, up to 5th in the first lap. Shame the rain stopped :( .
What a strange thing for Casey to say, " I was too tired". Is this the return of his mystery illness?
Brill drive from Marco!!! Love his style. Great fight for 4th place!

I happened to catch it this morning and saw that fight for 4th. It's the first moto gp I watched this year. And yes, fantastic slugfest for the spot.

Track wasn't even wet, the track temperature helped Ducati.

It was just a few spots but as the track was pretty toasty the rain dried immediately.

Pity Pedrosa didn't pass Stoner earlier. I'd have liked to see him put some manners on Lorenzo. Shame for Hayden but it just shows how little front end feel the Ducatti has. Good race though.

doubt it was from lack of trying. Casey still has a healthy lead in the standings, with 5 races to go its his to lose.

Awesome battle between Marco and Dovi, It is a fight between those two for factory support next year from Honda, So that fight will go down right to the very end to show who deserve factory support.

As for Stoner getting tired, I think the double header might of got to him, coming back from Indy last week perhaps. Anyway hopefully it is nothing more and he can continue on his great season.

The 125cc and the moto2 races were very exciting. Nice to see Marquez getting a win again. I'm definitely a fan of this kid. I hope he joins yamaha(unlikely) when he moves to the motoGP category.

Lorenzo w/ an impressive win. The gap between him and stoner is quite big so I'm not really sure if jorge can still win. I just want to see him give stoner a run for his money...

Great overtake by marco during the final laps. That three way battle for 4th place was the only exciting part of the race.
