On Monza's thread weeks ago, it was being made obvious to the point of certainty by some that the last 6 races were insignificant as Webber has it closed, I said wait and see :)
Nor is Alonso fav nor is Webber, its still open. hope those guys will be sensible now.

Webber is lucky to get away with 3rd place. The amount to crashes the Red Bull drivers have been involved in, makes 1 point a certainty, They are more at fault than others when crashes are concerned this season.

Loved Heikki's firefighting action :hehe:

thought the same to myself. Red bulls crash so often but somehow can come out of it without any major damages

I can't believe that Webber didn't get a drive through for running into Hamilton-it's not fair

I think you could see him actually trying to get out of Hamilton's way...

Yes but seeing him standing on the track with an extinguisher with cars still racing past had me a little concerned.

Exactly. :)

What a fantastic race there, I do like Singapore and it was brilliant to see some close racing, especially once Kubica bolted those new tyres on. Not sure why he stopped, but that was very, very exciting to see him make his way past all those cars in front. I was a bit disappointed that Nick ended up out of the race, but he didn't have a terrible return, even if it was unspectacular.

When Alonso pulled over crossing the line, I actually thought Vettel might have had a chance there. It looked closer from that initial camera angle. :hehe:

Kubica had a rear puncture mate. Some brilliant moves though, regardless of his new tyres!

 The only difference from Monza was LH was on the outside this time.

Webber did a d*ck move like what Lewis did in Monza. Webber had lost the racing line but pushed the issue. Yet again though, Lewis is the victim. What's the f**king McLaren made off, cardboard?

Me too did Webber suddenly forget what his stearing wheel was for!! Very different to last weeks accident. Gone off you now Mark

Wow i can't believe Webber got to the end with his tyre hanging off like that!

Nice work Fernando, consistency, thats whats needed, still thankful Vettel didn't go for a rash move there.

Solid moves by Kubica, exciting to see.

Webber - Hamilton, racing incident.

Good stragety from the redbulls with Webber, he made sure he got out of the slow traffic as well.

No idea why Redbull weren't planning to go out further than Alonso with Vettel (like Alonso did to Button in Monza), Vettel clearly had the faster car, wasn't likely to get in front of Alonso on track, and could've leapfrogged Alonso in the pits.

Also, strange that the Mclarens let Webber catch up (in terms of a pit stop gap) to Button and Lewis, they should've pitted them earlier.

I think it's time to switch my support for the WDC to...ironically, the guy who caused Lewis to retire from Singapore.

Anyone but the whiner! :banghead:
