I kept an eye on the wings all weekend. There was virtually NO movement especially compared to what there was in Hungary.

Exactly my observations.

What about Ferrari's wing? Did it FLEX? :D

There was A LOT of suspension flexing on Alonso's car. The wing was no where to be seen so that may have "flexed" right off of the car.

Martin Whitmarsh agrees with you but then he may have a vested interest...

Can you post a link to his comments? I've done some looking for his quotes but haven't run into anything yet.

Muchas gracias DD.

De nada. :)

Yo quiero Taco bell.

geee, to be honest i didnt even pay attention to Red Bull's wing. There was less bouncing around such as in Hungary; but anyho the RB didnt seem at a loss... it had good pace considering the Renault is supposedly weak.

It's had good pace all year long, but good pace not astronomical pace as in 1.2 seconds to Ferrari and 1.8 seconds to McLaren in Hungary. So they're back to their original 8 tenths they had all year long in qualifying. Less at the high speed long straights tracks.

But hey, look at the bright side... we KNOW there wasn't anything illegal with the wing because it passed the test right?

I still reckon that they modified the wing/floor to pass the test.

All they need do to pass the test is revert to a 1-piece skid block.
