What was with the pit crews this weekend??? Off the top of my head...

- Underfueling Lewis
- Lollipop man releasing Jenson early
- Force India having the wrong tires for DiResta
- Rear tire issue for Vettel
- Lollipop man for Kobayashi releasing his into the oncoming car

On the schumacher and Kobi penalties. both were unnecessary and interfered with the race.

Really? I thought both were well deserved, of course they interfered with the race, their supposed to be a punishment.

Schumacher was well behind Kobayashi, and it looked like he under-estimated the DRS and just couldn't slow the car down. He even admitted fault for that himself.

Kobayashi also had a clearly unsafe release into an oncoming car.

What about Paul di Resta's collision with Kobayashi? It was very similar to that of Schumacher's.

Schumacher had a punishment, he lost his wing. Why deprive fans of a race by interfering. It was racing. this is motor racing and cars will touch.
Yes Kobi was released unsafely but that wasnt his fault. Take points off the team if you must but let Kobi race.

Half of me agrees but the other half says that you have to have a deterrent to prevent it happening again. Losing his wing hurt Schumi but adding a penalty on top may make him think twice next time. He's crashed into too many people since his comeback, ruining their races as well as his.

Yes Kobi was released unsafely but that wasnt his fault. Take points off the team if you must but let Kobi race.

If I could have gone for a snack or something when Christian's radio message was played I think it would have been the most enjoyable race of the year so far for me. Plenty of cars going at it and really enjoyed the camera on wire shots. I only wish I could have had 2 shots at once so I could see Webber chasing Vettel and Massa on Lewis at the same time.

Couldn't agree more. Considering di Resta and Hamilton were not even investigated (putting aside the blame game for a minute but it seems that all a driver has to do sometimes is fart at the wrong time and the stewards are all over it) for their incidents, yet Schumacher was condemed straight away. Doesn't make any sense to me. Race stewarding inconsistency yet again!

I think we were deprived of a fantastic recovery drive by Schumacher, but that's the way it goes I guess.

Wasn't sure about posting this, most of all cause I don't want to upset some friends ..... but ..... I'd really love someone to give a rational explanation. Watch the video, its of the Felipe/Lewis incident at the end of the race. The bit that concerns me is from 20-26 seconds - watch Lewis's hands......
