Oh check out those songs Andrew posted! New Order is awesome. I'd say New Order is good music beyond a decade while still being kinda 80's, while Pet Shop Boys are just good 80's pop.

I like Depeche Mode more though...

They're sadly not what the used to be now. Bernard Sumner can't sing live and uses and autocue on stage and they don't have Peter Hook anymore. Gone are the days of songs that stand out and are (dare I use the word?) innovative. Now it's just bland radio friendly pop trash.

Depeche Mode are awesome as well.

But I draw the line at the Pet Shop Boys who has such hits as West End Girls, er.......er........was there not one about making lots of money?.........er.......that's about it.

Was just talking about this vid with someone off another forum, a bit of trivia he told me about this song: "I presume you know that Eric did the solo in the original? Because it was Georges song originally, he wanted Eric to do the solo. The other Beatles weren't happy about the idea but George said, "it's my song, I can do what I want with it". In a Guitar World poll for best Beatles guitar solo, this solo won. Go figure."
