America doesn't have Jaffa Cakes? I thought you lot were meant to be part of the developed world? :yikes:

They're called Pims here, made by LU (imported).

What by who?! Jaffa Cakes have to be the real thing or nothing at all. It's like tomato soup, salad cream and tomato ketchup - it has to be Heinz or nothing at all. Same for brown sauce - has to be HP. Just as well America is not on my holiday list. I'd never survive knowning that I couldn't get Jaffa Cakes whenever I liked. Not that I'm boasting, but I have a box of Jaffa Cakes in the kitchen - it gives one a wonderful feeling of security. :cloud9:

The way you're going on about them I can't believe you keep them all the way in the kitchen... under your pillow would be an even greater sense of security.

Clearly you've never experienced a Jaffa Cake.

you have not thought it through, if you eat enough they can be 5 of your 5 a day.

also the chocolate melts under the pillow. How do I know that, well I fell asleep on a hotel bed once and they had left a mint out...

To get 5 of your 5 a day you need something like:

Oh deer, that reminded me of the time at cub camp I fell asleep with a mars bar in my sleeping bag, I had planned on eating it before falling asleep. It's kind of difficult getting out a sleeping bag in the morning and not letting anyone notice something like that but I think I got away with it.

I woke up once after a drunk night out with a slice of pizza stuck to my cheek

Friday night tomorrow! And it's pub after work! :drink:

Anyone else drowning their sorrows in some tavern tomorrow night, to bring the curtain down on another week?

If you were with me, I guarantee any sorrows would be gone before the first pint was down :hehe:
By the end of the night, you'd be a fully fledged Tifosi if that's what it took to get an invite back Image

I can't understand the concept of drowning my sorrows...my cure for sorrow is sleep and chocolate. :D

Alcohol should be used to enhance happiness...let's not make it a depressing factor come on.
