I'm a Lewis Hamilton supporter, but I'm not sure I want him to win the title this way...

Imagine the uproar if he was named champion...

I'v looked at Sky Sports site and BBC site and not a thing about it. If they were talking about it it would be on there by now wouldn't it?

Inquiry throws F1 title in doubt
Kimi Raikkonen's world title has been thrown into doubt following an inquiry into the cars of BMW Sauber and Williams at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
Race stewards are investigating alleged irregularites with the cars' fuel.

Williams's Nico Rosberg was fourth in the race, followed by BMW Sauber's Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld.

If they were disqualified, McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton would be promoted to fourth, giving him enough points to displace Raikkonen as world champion.

More to follow.

It's on BBC as well. This just finishes off what has been an enthralling yet, really, a joke of a season, where off track events have affected the title severely: especially in the constructors.

Call it a day, state that Kimi is the official Champion and move on. And come on Lewis next year! If he's champion by default it'll take the gloss of everything he's done this season.

It will be an absolute farce if it were to happen. Kimi won the race, Hamilton had car problems and Alonso didnt have the car to keep up with the Ferrari's. Its a dilly of a pickle for sure.

No one is saying he didn't win the race..........just not necessarily the championship

Yes, this is no way to win the WDC. Kimi is the rightful winner and thats the way it should stay.

I don`t believe for a second they will disqualify them, i think they will remove some constructors points instead. They are only too aware that anything they do to help Hamilton will be viewed as favouritism (which i honestly don`t believe) and thats bad for business.

This is a Hamilton fan BTW, i`m sure he would detest being handed the championship in this way.

No questions about the race. I was talking of the championship. It would be an absolute farce if the championship were decided on disqualifications.
