Well on the last replay Brundle seems to think Hamilton was released into Vettel. Difficult call which is why I guess a decision will be made after the race.

You must have missed the pit entry incident then because Hamilton clearly did not stay within the marked lane and on exit was halfway in the clearly marked exit lane and halfway in the pit box lane.
