Sorry, this just made me :vomit:

Any particular reason you care to share?

Ron is without doubt a royal :censored:hole, however once we separate the feelings from what he has given to F1 and to British Industry, and then list examples of the attributes mentioned in my admittedly 'optimistic' review - then I reckon I am spot on. I dont particularly favour the guy, but for me F1 is not about whos a nice person but about achievements

If Ron is so good then why is he such a loser? Only one constructors championship over the last 23 years!

And people aren't talking about McLaren, they are talking out of a sincere concern about Jenson Button and how Ron is personally trying to oust him.

haha, Why not pick a 'carefully stylized' referencing period, why not pick over the last year alone, or why not 50 years. Forgive me if I prefer to discuss this with people who have logical arguments and understand numbers

WINNING Constructors
Constructor Country Total
Ferrari Italy 15 (should be 14, 1 gifted from Max) - 15 for the special assistance crew in 57 years of WCCs - 26% winners
McLaren United Kingdom 12 (should be 13, 1 given to Ferrari) - 11 for Ron in 32 years - 34% winner
Williams United Kingdom 7
Lotus United Kingdom 6
Brabham United Kingdom 4
Red Bull Austria 4

34% beats 26% - i.e Ron has won a third of all opportunities avaliable to him - THE MOST BY ANY ONE MAN IN F1 history
Mea Culpa time

People talk about Ron and Button and are very precise in not mentioning McLaren? Whatever Trevor

Incorrect!
Just another example that beats that record: SV won 4 out of 7 opportunities available to him, i.e., 57%.

Yes Salvador, we are talking about Team Bosses, the guys who make deals - I was talking about Ron in his guise as TP cutting engine deals and drivers etc etc

And dont even think Horner at RBR fits in this category cos he doesnt - he is a hired hand and the buck doesnt stop with him and he has not stake.

once again - Ron Dennis is the BIGGEST WINNER in F1s team history - he slaughters Enzo and feeds Chapman to his ducks each morning (and I dont particularly like him even if I sound ike a fan or something, anyone taking the time to really see the achievements this guys has had would have to have the biggest respect for him)

'Carefully stylized' numbers? I was talking about Ron's poor performance and I can count.

Lets look at it your way then using a 32 year timeline - Basically when Ron was younger he could win now that his is older he doesn't win anymore. He hasn't won a wcc since 1998 - 16 years. So according to your numbers Dennis is washed up!

As well does McLaren have 11 wcc's under Dennis as TP? Perhaps you should check that.

edit: 11 not 12.

Bruce Mclaren won 1, so Ron won 11 - which is the number I derived in my post - the post that you didnt read or understand cos your eyes glazed over in your haste to get another slapping

I was gonna stop responding to thickos from now on as they never get it, and they then have a reason to lie. ofcourse being thick can mean different things to different people and instead of being an insult in some cases its actually a compliment as it means they read or here things but it does take a while to soak through. A complete idiot, on the other hand would never get something he wasnt gonna get anyway. So pat yourself on the back

Oh yeah, I forgot - Mea Culpa DAF to you

I'd be careful quoting that 16 year numbers. Ferrari are at 7 years and counting and they were struggling to maintain 4th place this year. Is that the kind of winning you're talking about? I find it hilarious that you are so vehemently against the Mercedes "domination" but you were quite fond of it when it was FiArrari winning with their version of stifling competition.

:director: This alone should have been your post, succinct and to the point! The rest was just unnecessary off-topic drivel littered with insults :nono: Save yourself and us your keyboard warrior outbursts - it's exhausting :banghead:

So a couple of member rubbish an opinion I express and i respond to further define the opinion, at which point normal folk would leave it alone, and stand corrected. But if one does decide to continue, I should not attempt to shake off the obvious baiting by slight ridicule if not outrite insults?

And the one with an obvious need to irritate is not the one indignation is shown at? So that will help him decide to improve his debating skills for the futuire?

Ok, makes sense

You usually have good points, but your delivery and style are atrocious.
So stop the insults and shorten your posts, which comes automatically when you cut out the insults! Simple
