WTF... what got the bloke wound up like that. to be fair if I was in the car I would of had a hard time not laughing at him or blowing him kisses and waving.

If I was the bloke outside the car, which would be unlikely as I am quite relaxed about most things. However I am sure I wold of found something that would of smashed the windows or lights....

The driver was a civilian...his sister in the passenger seat, yes...was serving but currently in a wheelchair.
