But seriously, there has to be something going on in the Red Bull. They're much faster than other during qualifyng but the race pace is the same as McLaren and Ferrari. If it isn't ride height control, what more could it be? :D

More downforce? A clever suspension that's able to ride low, but handle the high fuel loads just fine?

How much is that fancy exhaust system supposed to be worth?

Having more downforce in general wouldn't create the difference between quali and race, it would probably make it worse as the car would be more aero dependent and that's what ride height effects. I did like Ewanm's idea that Red Bull relied on it's upper aerodynamics far more than other teams as this would go a long way to explain the time difference as upper aerodynamics would not be affected by ride height changes unlike lower aerodynamics which would be affected. The other option is that the pull rod suspension is very good at handling the fuel.

Riddle me this riddle me that its not the first season that a bat disrupts the order of a colony that is said to be all that.

So much for the red bull straight line speed disadvantage theory. One two on grid again. :hehe:

I am hoping Rosberg or Alonso get in front of those Red Bulls at the start. I think were in for a very long race if they don't.

Yeah, they could do it: just press the KERS button, have less fuel on board and Rock & Roll! Oh... Sorry: no KERS this season and only full tanks :-(

About 1 hour 33 min. (1 hour and 57 min. if it rains).

Makes the 7am rise to watch the race that bit tougher.

So Button in front of Lewis, again.

Has Jenson been underestimated??? He's going better than I expected.

Many were saying that Lewis would wipe the floor with him?
While the season has a long way to go, there is no wiping of the floor either way at McLaren.

I think Lewis will have him by the end of the race though.
