Its cheating and decitful because there abusing the rules.
it might be illigal for the reasons they "STATE" but its certainly illigal for the real reason they are doing it.
This all seems like fair play to me only teams who actually want to do some promotion or are replacing their driver would use it though because I'm sure those ultra hard tyres would give some really useless test data!
