I take back a lot of the things I've said about Eddie Jordan.

At times he sounded like the voice of reason today (I know! ) and provided a much-needed counterbalance to DC's RedBull bias.

Maybe they shouldn't get rid of him quite yet...

Yup, and i liked his unintentionally hilarious remarks, ie the one about kicking cats behind closed doors - where he then felt the need to just clarify that he doesn't in fact kick cats behind closed doors.

I think the whole Brundle holiday thing started with his contract with ITV in 1997. If you remember he went off to race in Le Mans up until 2000, so he missed a race each year. (most of the time it was Canada) Then after he hung up his helmet he just kept the contract on and kept taking the race off.

I don't think that is this case for this season. Jake said he'll be there in Hungary.
