If Caterham were smart, they'd try and get MORE money from Red Bull not to give him the seat than they'd get from TATA to give him the seat. :hehe:

EDIT;
VV what he said.

smiley face for Ferrari if they can get Kobayashi a drive somewhere.
ESPNF1; Kamui Kobayashi will test a Ferrari sports car this week for reigning GTE Pro champions and Le Mans winners AF Course.

Kobayashi lost his drive at Sauber over the winter and failed to line up a replacement seat despite raising a budget of €8 million. Towards the end of last year he said he was looking at options outside F1 for this season, adding: "My main priority is to secure the competitive F1 seat in 2014".

Now Autosport is reporting he will test a Ferrari 458 Italia at the Motorland Aragon circuit this week alongside ex-F1 driver Karun Chandhok, ex-GP2 stalwart Luca Filippi, ex-GP2 driver Davide Rigon and Italian Formula 3 driver Brandon Maisano.

Former Formula One drivers and AF Corse regulars Gianmaria Bruni and Giancarlo Fisichella are set to remain at the team this year with Olivier Beretta the only driver named in the second car ahead of the opening round of the WEC in April.

Nice to see Ferrari keeping him sweet... and on the payrole

Kobi and Fisi in a 458 GT1 at Le Mans 24 would be nice.

I think this rumor can safely be confirmed now that a certain night club in China just doubled their order of champagne flutes to be delivered during the GP weekend.

Dammit, no Bianchi.

If the rumours are true, FI have already thrown logic out of the window, so there's no chance of that happening!

At least with Sutil there will be some classy music at the end of season party. :hehe:

To be fair, FI have kind of stagnated so an experienced driver would likely be better than a rookie for moving the team forward.

Kovalainen, Glock, Kobayashi, Alguersuari...probably all better choices. Force India most likely want Sutil's sponsorship money, but if that's the case then they'd be better off with Tata's, because they're probably pouring more into Karthikeyan.

Ugh. I'd rather Karthikeyan got the drive. :(
