That is assuming the Pirelli's work exactly like they did at the tyre test, which is unlikely given the extremely rubbered in track at Abu Dhabi and the fact that Pirelli still have more development to do on the compounds. :wavey:

... and Pirelli's statement that they wanted to introduce compounds that forced much more thought on tire strategy. They went into the tests admonishing drivers not to blame the tires for their designed in wear characteristics.

Seem's reasonable to me. Pirelli still have some work to do and I'm sure will progress as the season wears on, we have no other choice than to support them.

That does not prove I am wrong or a 'broken wheel' as I just have a different view.

Does the rust colour mean that it is Prime or Option?

Darwin is often quoted – and often misquoted. Here are some sayings regularly attributed to Darwin that NEVER flowed from his pen:

It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.

In the struggle for survival, the fittest win out at the expense of their rivals because they succeed in adapting themselves best to their environment.

Supposedly from Origin of Species.

The message is: be careful when trying to quote something from somebody - it might not have originated from that somebody.

I'm sorry am I missing something here? Ram's quote is pretty much the same as yours DarwinDali.

It's been a tough day at work btw, so apologies if I missed the 'discrepancy', if it was a major one.

Yes, it's the same. But it's NOT from Charles Darwin as he says! :banghead:

That's exactly what happens when you quote anything from Sarah Palin's books.
