No, I'd say they are. The teams need to set their ride height for the race before quali. Not change it during. Say a team ran low ride height and then didn't get through to the next session. They'd be starting the race with the wrong ride height. If they were changing ride heights during quali, we'd also see the times being slower between sessions.
Red Bull just can't have a ride height system. They've joked about it far too much. If they were found to actually have the system, they'd suddenly look beyond stupid.
Also, it's been confirmed by both drivers the neutral selection thing didn't effect them. It was only happening on their outlaps. Not during hotlaps.
wouldn't they have been faster in all sessions, not just all of suddenly go faster for the last session.
