sorry, the more i read about it, the more it turms my stomach.
I hope its a massive flop and they never make the grid...go A1 racing if they want that jingoistic nonsence...it has no place in Formula one.

You know, you're certainly entitled to that opinion but other than that entitlement, this statement is quite wide of the mark :bs: on many levels (IMHO of course). Any true F1 fan should really be applauding the fact that someone's trying to get another team into the sport because the F1 grid has begun to look as small and shrunken as the recently deceased ChampCar grids (or BE himself) had become. Honda just left and they're not coming back. Odds are even that Toyota might leave soon as well. Will Renault be far behind? F1 needs as any serious entries as it can get and these guys seem serious.

Besides, why is Force India OK but USF1 is jingoistic? Would it be all OK if it was Windsor/Anderson racing? Or do you have something against Americans? Just wondering?

I must admit, I dislike the Americans. (Not in a racist way.) I'm sick of seeing everything American. Which could be the reason why I find Formula One easier to follow. I just don't like how America can bully other nations, and everyone else. I'm just hoping this American team won't start enforcing their own ideas into the sport, and expect everyone to follow because they are the (ex-) world power.

I guess I'm saying, I don't want Formula One "Americanised" like everything else seems to be these days. I like the how Formula One is international.

That said, the only reason why I don't like the Force India Team is because of the name. That's all. Like I'm really happy that they have Mercedez Engines this year, but I still won't support them because the name is... whatever that J-word is.

However, I am happy that we are having new teams. I want there to be more than "just" 22 cars. I want to see, like 30 cars. We also have a possibility of a new team based in Portugal. I'd really support having a team based in Portugal. But I wouldn't support it if everything about it was Portugese, like all the drivers, and the team name is something ridiculous like "PortugalF1."

I didn't like Super Aguri because their drivers were all Japanese. That changed when Davidson came along. But I'm a big fan of Sato, but I still wouldn't go for is team.

But I would hate it more if the Yanks did it. :D

It took me so long to explain myself when all I had to say was:

I hate America in a non-racist, non-extremist way. So I won't bomb you, like those bar stewards who REALLY hate America, and then bombed Britain, and threatened Australia, because of their REALLY hating America, but I just won't support your team in the World Cup, and definitely won't support your F1 team.

But I don't think I'd hate you guys more than I hate Ferrari. Now that is down-right racism. :D

Let's see, Fabio Grosso dived in the World Cup, and knocked Australia out. Umm, Ferrari are corrupted. So I'd hate Italy, if not for their beautiful women. And Frank Sinatra, who's shaped my music. And I sing opera, where the Italians have definitely brought us the best music of all time.

Now, back to the topic. Why Danica Patrick!? What has she done to deserve a Formula One seat? Like Sebastian Buemi, driving for Torro Rosso this year. What has he done to deserve a race seat? He reminds me of the highly under-qualified Yuji Ide.

Danica Patrick only has only got one win, and 3 podiums. Her highest final championship standing, last year, is 6th. That means that there were 5 guys who were better than her last year, and hence deserve a race seat. The only reason why she is being thought of, is because she's a woman. But then again, the only reason why Bruno Senna could be racing in Formula One this year (perhaps too early) is because of his uncle. But, he is still a better prospect than the guy who actually won the GP2 series last year, because that guy is in his mid-30's. That's far too old to be making a Formula One debut.

I think I ramble on too much. I was trying too explain my previous message a bit more concisely, and ended up writing an even longer one.

 That was the first thing that came into my mind. Another reason why America has ruined Australia. That said, I just had a quarter-pounder. :hehe:

I was referring to British English as it is commonly referred to as opposed to American English. I actually had Oxford English in mind if you must know :P
The worst accent in my mind is Indian English and when Germans try to speak English I simply cringe and walk away (or I will have to puke). On the other hand, I find the French and Italians speaking English quite cute :cloud9:

Nope. :D

I don't think I want to, except to watch the David Letterman Show live.

I must admit, I dislike the Americans.

Japanese chicks are really hot! :hehe:

So I don't really see a problem with Australia being Jap-ified. But then, imagine if America didn't save our arses.

I'd be saying the same thing about hating Americanisms, except it would be Japanisms, and I be calling everyone their names followed by "san." I already do that now, working for an International company, with our headquarters in Hong Kong and Japan. :)

But if the Americans didn't save our arses, then my life would be a whole lot easier. Because I work in telecommunications, I have to learn both the Japanese Cabling Standards (the original, proper way) and the "new" American way. I'd also have a much cooler mobile phone by now, and a freakin' amusement park in Sydney! Instead we have Luna Park. "Oh Mummy! Look at me! I'm as high a one-story building." :irked:

They never actualy invaded OZ tho, if the yanks had never entered WWII because lets say they only bombed Darwin rather than pearl harbour the russian and Common wealth army would of eventualy beat them back along with nazi germany.

war would of just gone on for alot lot longer.
