What dislike? I pick up on his bad performances just as much as I pick up on his good ones, he's just not had as many good ones in the past few races, unfortunately. And in reference to being blinkered, I was talking about what you see other people (in this case, me) actually saying. Should've made that a little clearer.

yeah its one thing to get a photo from a stock exchange and make a joke something you do alot and thought i was playing your game
but to use an actual image of a member and make fun of it is pathetic! but like i said i knew you would stoop that low, its your type!!

and ill say again take it down youre in breach of copyright i own that image and did not consent for you to use it. this is a serious request you will be hearing from lawyers other wise or i could quite possibly inform my cop sister and get you for copyright and defamation.

You do realise that you've done the same thing with someone else's image? Whether or not they're a member of this forum, you have still infringed their rights and they could well do the same to you should they find it. So what makes him any worse than you, here?

Well, look at it this way - his two really good performances this year are Australia and Monaco, with Turkey also as a good showing. However, in Malaysia he and Heikki were penalised for impeding Heidfeld and Alonso in qualifying. In Bahrain, he hit the back of Alonso and ended up finishing outside the points. Spain was a good performance, seeing him get on to the podium, but he had only managed to qualify fifth. I've mentioned Turkey and Monaco already. Then we come to Canada and France, both of which were terrible races for him. So, this year, he's not had as many great performances as bad ones, and has made several mistakes which he didn't last year.

I do think that that is most of the reason you seem to think I pick up more on his bad performances than anything, but to be fair it's only because he's had more bad performances that there are more bad comments.

And I agree, the banter is nice, though it can get out of hand when it comes to some members...

Well I have Lewis down as making 3 mistakes and Kimi and Massa 2 each, but i think Lewis takes way more stick than one extra mistake deserves. Ok not all the stick from you, I think Jensnob does it much more, Ive probably muddled you up

He does take more stick, mostly because of the huge media build-up that he had last year. However, more and more, he's saying things that don't help his case. He should go back to how he was last year, just keep his head down and drive the car.

As to you not consenting, you clearly don't get it so here's the text you need to read:

"using a work in order to poke fun at or comment on the work itself—and satires—using a work to poke fun at or comment on something else" can be called fair use. Using that photo is therefore defensible under fair use if you posted it onto the internet (However if it was protected by some kind of privacy filter, for example a password access system or restricted access to a profile you have a better case for being pissed).

One can argue that directly using a picture belonging to someone else does not necessarily warrant protection under fair use, but these laws are quite grey so equally one could argue that since it's only part of the work used or various other reasons it does warrant protection under fair use.

All of which is secondary to the childishness evident in your reaction to its use. "Teacher, teacher, he called me a stinky Ferrari lamb!"
